My name is Karuna.
For me, touch is one of the most subtle yet powerful elements. Precisely because each person perceives and feels very individually, there lies an exciting, sensitive mystery in touch. In this diversity we are united by one thing: the desire to arrive, to let go and to flow with life from the center of our being, expressing ourselves freely: with pleasure and enjoyment, sensually, with devotion, in silence, with trust and intimacy, vulnerability, powerfully, touchingly. 

Touch doesn't only refer  to the body. The body is the gateway to illuminate and nourish the inner self. Be invited to allow yourself to be touched and to lose yourself for a timeless moment in blissful emptiness – where no thought stands in the way, no feeling creates great waves, no ego benefits. What remains is to be,  awareness, living mindfully, loving without condition.

Being human has fascinated me since my youth. Nonetheless it was difficult for me to express myself in an emotionally cold environment. As a result, I suppressed much within myself. My own biography forced me to confront my shadows, because I wanted to get out of my suffering marked by sadness and self-devaluation. Ultimately this circumstance motivated me to search for a "better life." On my journey I asked myself what I could create from within and came into contact with touch, energy work and bodywork. At that time, it felt as if a spark had been ignited within me. It has changed my life fundamentally and influences all parts of my life. I have been supporting people wholeheartedly for many years.
