Together, we explore what it truly means to touch with awareness and quality, and how conscious touch can bring body, mind, and energy into harmony. You will be introduced to the foundations of tantric massage, its ritual character, as well as the principles of spiritual tantra and energy work.

Giving a tantric massage means learning to listen to the subtle signals of the body, to feel the fine nuances of energy flow, and to consciously use your presence and sensitivity. In this workshop, tantric massage is not taught merely as a technique, but as an energetic and intuitive ritual. You will discover how touch can evoke healing, joy, and vitality in the receiver — and how this experience can also deeply nourish you as the giver.

This tantric massage and conscious touch workshop is open to both individuals and couples. As an individual, you will immerse yourself in the experience of giving without intention, learning to sense your own energy flow and to connect with the receiver on a deep, energetic level.

As a couple, you will explore new dimensions of intimacy, experience your shared energy more consciously, and deepen your connection through mindful, sensual touch.

The workshop is flexible and individually tailored to your needs, your wishes, and your current level of experience. No prior experience is required. If desired, a model can be provided to support you in exploring touch in greater depth and to fully experience the qualities of presence, sensitivity, and connection.
